P24 recently expanded its service offering by adding an electronic manufacturing division to complement its conventional services. This includes both SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and discrete electronic PCB assembly, mechanical assembly, programming and testing of final product. Servicing a wide range of clients from all sectors, P24’s predominant client base includes the mining, earthmoving and defence industries with applications such as intrinsically safe (IS rated) gas monitors, battery charging systems and collision avoidance systems, biomedical devices and vehicle electrical systems.
Due to the company’s configuration and selection of equipment, P24 can accommodate small to medium production runs with ease, and also offer prototyping with very short lead times. Combined with its harness manufacturing division, the company now offers turnkey electronic product manufacturing and assembly
